Role of Business Solutions Presales:
• Works closely with KAM/Solution Sales and understand client needs, both business and technical
• Supports sales effort and further business development by proposing new, innovative solutions, services or partners to address market verticals
• Develops the company’s products or services portfolio and its positioning on the market, assist sales teams during meetings and presentations
• Identifies the appropriate technical and commercial solutions in any given situation
• Finalizes the business solution components and participates in drafting internal responsibilities matrix (technical team) and external (partners)
• Defines a list of technical specifications for addressing RFP/RFQ/RFI documents received from clients
• Supports Bid Coordinator in developing technical solution section (ex. Compliance Matrix / Technical Offer)
• Collaborates with the Solution Architect in defining an unitary solution approach
• Is in charge to be the point of contact for technical discussions with partners /suppliers to define software products configurations in order to maintain strict purpose solution within the requirements specification (without underestimating or overestimating requirements).
• Maintains and develops the relationships with S&T partners or service providers - as a preliminary technical step of the pre-sales and post-sales process
• Keeps himself/herself up-to-date on new technologies and products in his/her technology domain and preserve a high level of interest for innovative products and technologies

     Ideal Candidate:
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
• Very good understanding of systems and business requirements process
• Experience of managing third party vendors or partners
• Solid knowledge of requirements definition and systems design
• Well organized, able to set priorities
• Experience in dealing with RFP/RFQ/RFI documents and accordingly writing competitive and complete technical offers
• Highly experienced in communicating with business leaders and senior management
• Good communication skills at all levels, both technical and non-technical and presentation skills
• Excellent command of English (both written and verbal). Any other foreign language will be an advantage

     Required Skills:
• Solution Architecture, Process Analysis, Process Design/Redesign, System Analysis, Process Consulting, Trainings, Presentations
• Technical sales knowledge in:
o Middleware platforms: Oracle, IBM, Red Hat
o Database platforms: At least Oracle and Microsoft
o Virtualization: VMware, Microsoft, Oracle
o Content and Business Process Management: Open Text, IBM, Alfresco or any other

     Nice-to-have (will be considered a plus):
• Cloud solutions knowledge based on one/more of the following: Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Red Hat OpenShift, Oracle Cloud, Google Cloud Platform
• Application containerization: Kubernetes, Docker, Red Hat OpenStack
• Big Data analytics related software: Hadoop, Spark, Tableau, Talend
